The Mexican, Brazilian and United States banks are going to reshuffle loans for Argentina, so that Argentina won't be in default.  Nine of the largest United States banks have loans to other countries three and one-half times the equity in the banks.  The taxpayers and /or bank stockholders eventually are going to have to pick up the tariff for the countries that are in default.  If we're going to have to do it someday anyway, why not do it now, and get it over with?
