The Central Intelligence Agency, without Congressional approval, is mining the harbor of the Nicaraguan coast. The mining was ordered by President Reagon. France has volunteered to get rid of the mines after the Nicaraguan government appealed to the World Court about the situation. Food can't get to Nicaragua from Europe, because of the mines and ships are being damaged. The Reagon Administration is trying to economically blockade Nicaragua to change the Nicaraguan Government. Nicaragua is trying to help El Salvadore, it's neighbor, and the United States is trying to stop outside aide to El Salvadore, because we are trying to change it's government.
The whole east coast of the US is in ruins because of snow storms, blizzards and snow storms.
One hundred fifty-five new housing units of subsidized housing are available in a nearby community, but eight-hundred people and/or families are on the waiting list and are eligible for the subsidized housing, when plenty of cheap housing is available at lower prices per unit.
